PRINTED AND ELECTRONIC LITERATURE IS NECESSARY

Literature does not close business, but it can prevent a deal from ever materializing. Businesses need literature to put on their website in a PDF format so people can get it electronically and they need a printed version of it. Referral partners need printed materials to hand their clients. It makes it easier to for them to refer a new potential client if they have something or yours to email and/or hand to them.

Lack of quality, updated printed and electronic materials sends messages to prospects about:

  • The size of your business, which can make them question if you can support them
  • Your ability to remain in touch with the marketplace
  • Possible quality issues of your materials are poor

  • Ask for it to be mailed. There are still those that want hard copy materials. You cannot print them off of a color laser in your office and have the right quality.

Get it printed digitally. You can have low quantity runs done at a lower overall cost. You do not need to buy 1,000 pieces to get the right price. If you need larger volumes of materials then look at offset printing, which gives you a lower price per piece in the long run. We recommend the digitally printed option because you can make changes to the documents as you begin using them and they stay more current.
